The Administrative Assistant is the heartbeat of our office, providing structure, service, and support to agents and leadership alike. You’ll be the first impression and ongoing go-to for our agents and guests, overseeing day-to-day operations, coordinating training and events, supporting leadership initiatives, and ensuring our office functions at the highest level.
This role is ideal for someone with a passion for client service, operations, and a growth-oriented mindset. This position reports directly to the Team Leader and COO and offers a clear path for growth into higher leadership roles within one of the most respected brands in real estate.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary : $50,000–$55,000 per year (based on experience)

Responsibilities:- Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings with impeccable attention to detail and time efficiency
- Screen and respond to incoming emails, calls, and requests, ensuring timely follow-up and protecting executive time
- Prepare, edit, and manage documents, presentations, and reports with a high level of professionalism and accuracy
- Track key deadlines, initiatives, and deliverables to ensure accountability across projects and departments
- Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings, trainings, client appointments, and travel itineraries
- Assist with recruiting efforts by managing candidate pipelines, scheduling interviews, and handling pre-onboarding logistics
- Foster strong internal communication by liaising between the executive and team members to ensure clarity, alignment, and follow-through
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and solve problems proactively before they escalate
- 2–4 years of experience in an executive support, administrative, or coordination role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; experience with calendar management tools, Monday.com, and CRM systems is a plus
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems proactively
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- A proactive, service-minded approach with a “whatever it takes” attitude
- Familiarity with basic marketing tools (e.g., Canva, email platforms) or event planning support is a bonus
