About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate is client-focused, skilled in a variety of techniques, and dedicated to providing a safe, effective, and positive experience. This role involves customizing treatments to client needs, promoting wellness, and supporting a clean and professional spa environment.
What You’ll Do
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual client needs
- Provide exceptional service with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Encourage repeat business through referrals and membership promotion
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and common areas
- Comply with all company policies, licensing regulations, and safety protocols
- Perform other related duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an accredited massage therapy program
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
- Current state license in massage therapy
- Liability insurance coverage
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Swedish massage is required
- Experience or interest in additional modalities (e.g., Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Trigger Point, Myofascial, Neuromuscular, Craniosacral, Reiki) is a plus — training is provided!
