DASMEN Residential is seeking a Full Time Accounting Manager in Ramsey, NJ. The Accounting Manager will oversee the day-to-day accounting operations for our portfolio of multi-family properties. This role requires a detail-oriented, proactive professional with strong experience in Yardi and a solid understanding of property management accounting principles.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all accounting functions including A/R, A/P, G/L, and month-end close processes
  
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements and variance reports
  
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting
  
• Manage cash flow, bank reconciliations, and intercompany transactions
  
• Work closely with property managers and regional leadership to support budgeting and forecasting
  
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures
  
• Use Yardi software to manage and analyze financial data
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors
• Comparing purchase orders, prices, terms of payment and other charges
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in multi-family real estate
• Proficiency in Yardi is required
• Strong knowledge of property management accounting
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
