CNC Machinist

Immediately hiring a CNC Machinist in Moorestown, NJ

We're seeking a CNC Machinist for a premier automation component manufacturing company in the Moorestown, NJ area.

This is a Contract to Hire opportunity and we're hiring immediately! The ideal candidate will have experience 2-4 years of CNC milling / CNC Lathe experience with a focus on setup and operations. If you are interested, please submit your application! All qualified candidates will be contacted!

Shift/Pay:

2:00PM - 10:15PM @ Monday-Friday (Afternoon) No Weekends!

Pay: $23-$28 depending on experience

Responsibilities

• Operate, set up, and monitor a variety of CNC machines.
• Load materials into machines accurately.
• Perform daily maintenance and report any major maintenance needs.
• Read and interpret layouts, job packets, and blueprints.
• Provide accurate inventory counts and maintain organized storage.
• Inspect parts using precision instruments such as micrometers and gauges.
• Perform side operations like deburring during machine cycles.
• Collaborate with team members to meet quality and productivity standards.
• Follow instructions from cell leaders and offer assistance when needed.
• Execute other duties as assigned.

Skills

• At least 2-4 years of CNC setup experience, preferably with HAAS milling machines.
• Ability to perform operations with minimal supervision while maintaining quality standards.
• Understanding of safety protocols to prevent accidents.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Moorestown, NJ.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
