Full-Time Patient Coordinator

We’re Hiring – Full-Time Patient Coordinator Dr. Amy James & Associates – Orthodontists Haddonfield, NJ

A small, state-of-the-art orthodontic practice is seeking a positive, dedicated Patient Coordinator to join our team full-time. We are looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing team player to manage front-office operations at our well-established, patient-centered practice.

Ideal Candidate: You are organized, friendly, and love interacting with patients. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, have strong attention to detail, and bring a warm, professional energy to the front desk.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Managing multi-line phone system and triaging patient calls
• Scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming patient appointments
• Monitoring patient flow and checking in patients
• Maintaining accurate electronic patient records
• Verifying dental insurance and orthodontic benefits
• Conducting new patient consultations and presenting treatment plans
• Discussing financial options and collecting payments

Requirements:

• Experience in orthodontics or dental front office
• Strong knowledge of dental/orthodontic terminology
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask with efficiency and accuracy
• A team-focused attitude and a bright, welcoming personality

Salary: Commensurate with experience
