Wellness Director (RN) Schedule & Benefits

• On-call availability by phone and as needed to cover open shifts

Wellness Director Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

• Previous experience as a Wellness Director in an assisted living setting is preferred but not required

• Prior nursing leadership and staff management experience required

• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills

• Experience with PointClickCare electronic medical records preferred

• Ability to build, coach, and motivate high-performing clinical teams

Wellness Director Responsibilities

As the Wellness Director , you will:

• Lead and oversee all clinical operations within the community

• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company regulations

• Maintain the highest standards of resident care and clinical excellence

• Recruit, hire, train, and mentor nursing team members

• Partner with the Administrator to manage departmental budgets and staffing

• Drive quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives

• Promote a positive, resident-centered culture throughout the community

• Perform additional leadership responsibilities as assigned
