• Set clear expectations for sales managers and reps ensuring consistent follow-ups.

4. Sales Training & Development

• Work closely with managers and reps to enhance sales skills product knowledge and territory planning.

• Conduct structured coaching sessions and field visits to model best practices.

5. Influence & Change Management

• Drive adoption of new sales strategies by securing buy-in from stakeholders.

• Lead by example building momentum with small wins that create long-term success.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in sales leadership strategic execution and performance management .

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

• Excellent coaching training and team development abilities.

• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive change through strong leadership.

• Experience implementing KPI-driven sales structures and accountability frameworks.

Sales Managers are eligible for uncapped sales bonuses with an average earnings potential of $125000 - $150000 per year.

The starting pay will depend on various factors including but not limited to relevant professional and industry experience education and certifications.
