We are searching for the best talent for Inter Regional Transport Excellence (IRTE) Co-Op to be in New Brunswick, NJ.

  • The Co-op term is from January to July, 2026.
  • Full time requirement (40 hours per week)

Purpose:

As member of the Inter-Regional Transport Excellence operations team, this Co Op will be supporting operational execution of inter-region transport lanes. This includes lanes performance management (DC-to-DC), transportation operations improvements and project management with freight forwarders, shipping sites and supply planning.

The co-op program provides each student with real-life hands-on experience, coaching and mentoring, networking opportunities, as well as the opportunity to meet people from various schools throughout the country. Cross-functional teamwork provides an opportunity to partner with a variety of people in the organization across all our sectors; Pharmaceutical and Medical Device. Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year at accredited University is required.
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business (Management, Marketing, etc.), or related fields.
  • Minimum GPA of 2.8 is required.
  • Ability to demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative skills is required.
  • Excellent communication, presentation skills and leadership skills are preferred.
  • Ability to balance multiple projects and initiatives while executing results.
  • Must be a self-starter who works independently while contributing to the team goals.
  • Participation in a College Student Organization is desired.
  • Proven leadership/participation with campus programs and/or community service activities is desired.
  • MS Office proficiency, analytical skills including experience with Power BI, Excel and other tools is preferred.
  • Permanently authorized to work in the U.S., must not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future. Students currently on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT usually requires future sponsorship for long term employment and do not meet the requirements for this program unless eligible for an alternative long-term status that does not require company sponsorship.

The expected pay range for this position is between $23.00 per hour and $51.50 per hour but will be based on candidate's program year, discipline, degree and/or experience. Co-Ops/Interns are eligible to participate in Company sponsored employee medical benefits in accordance with the terms of the plan. Co-Ops and Interns are eligible for the following sick time benefits: up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington, up to 56 hours per calendar year. Co-Ops and Interns are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension).
