Title: Owner’s Rep Senior Construction Manager (or Project manager)

Overview:
We are seeking an Owner’s Representative Construction Manager to support DataOne Construction (D1C) on a large-scale data center project. This role will focus on project controls, coordination, and systems, ensuring alignment across schedule, budget, and document management.

This individual will work closely with internal teams and DataOne, supporting overall project execution through strong process management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the DataOne Project Manager to support overall project alignment and reporting
• Coordinate with estimators to track budgets, validate assumptions, and maintain cost visibility
• Partner with the Contracts Manager to ensure alignment on subcontractor scope and documentation
• Support and help drive the project schedule in coordination with PMs and stakeholders
• Lead project controls and document management, including setup and governance of Procore
• Establish and enforce submittal, RFI, and document control processes with engineers and internal teams
• Ensure consistency and accuracy across project documentation, reporting, and workflows
• Identify gaps in processes or coordination and implement structured solutions

Requirements:

• 5–10+ years of experience in construction management, project controls, or owner’s rep roles
• Experience on large-scale construction projects (data centers preferred)
• Strong working knowledge of Procore, including setup, workflows, and system governance
• Experience working with estimating teams, contracts/subcontracts, and documentation processes
• Familiarity with schedule coordination and cost tracking
• Strong understanding of submittals, RFIs, and document control systems
• Highly organized and process-driven
