Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Elizabeth, NJ
Are you a CDL-A driver looking for an OTR position that provides weekly home time? At American Trucking Group, we offer dry van routes throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic, featuring top-quality equipment and competitive compensation. Home Time:
- Every week, enjoy a 34-hour reset at home, allowing you to maintain family and personal commitments.
Equipment:
- Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for heating and cooling. You can take your assigned truck home as long as safe parking is available.
No Touch Freight:
- Primarily handle dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations. Minimal physical work is involved, allowing you to focus on driving and enhancing your efficiency.
Pay and Miles:
- Drivers earn an average of $1,200 to $1,600 per week based on mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay per customer policy, layover pay of $12 per hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free driving.
Running Area:
- Our routes cover Vermont, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Virginia, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, and Kentucky. All tolls are managed through EZ Pass and toll cards.
