The Role Are you a "data detective" who loves bringing order to chaos? We are looking for a Product Data Coordinator to serve as the essential "glue" between our product development, manufacturing, and external suppliers. In this role, you will be the primary custodian of our product data ecosystem, ensuring that every SKU, product number, and packaging link is accurate and accessible for our cross-functional teams. Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Master the Data: Maintain and update master Google Sheets containing SKUs, product numbers, and critical hyperlinks to packaging documentation.

• Review & Audit: Review technical documentation and data provided by plant operations and third-party suppliers to ensure total accuracy.

• Drive Communication: Act as the central point of contact for Product Managers, Plant Operations Managers, and external vendors to gather missing data and troubleshoot discrepancies.

• Organize Information: Transform raw data into clean, searchable formats to support fast-moving production timelines.

• Coordinate Solutions: Schedule and participate in Google Meet sessions and phone calls to resolve data gaps or production delays.

What You Bring

• G Suite Proficiency: Intermediate experience with Google Sheets, including data entry, basic formulas, and filtering.

• Clear Communication: Excellent professional communication skills for phone calls, emails, and video conferencing.

• Detail Focus: A sharp eye for spotting errors in SKU lists or identifying missing documentation.

• Self-Motivation: A proactive approach to reaching out to stakeholders and managing high volumes of digital assets and hyperlinks.
