CoxPHIT is seeking compassionate Child Care Providers to join our team. In this important role, you will provide relief to families by offering in-home support to children with I/DD, allowing parents and caregivers to take a much-needed break. - Location: In-home care for children with I/DD in Bergen and/or Passaic Counties.
- Employment Type: Part-Time, with the potential for Full-Time.
- Compensation:
- $22-25 per hour depending on weekly hours worked
- Travel Reimbursement: To assist with travel-related expenses.
- Health Reimbursement: Reimbursed monthly for healthcare-related expenses.
- Flexible Hours: Work around your schedule while providing vital in-home care.
- Meaningful Work: Make a difference in the lives of children and families with I/DD.
- Provide in-home care for children with I/DD, offering respite for parents and caregivers.
- Engage in fun and enriching activities with children, supporting their emotional and behavioral needs.
- Maintain a respectful and supportive relationship with families, providing a safe and comforting environment for the child.
- High school diploma required.
- Experience working with children or individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required for in-home visits.
- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to improving the lives of children and families.
