No matter the need, we keep our customers supplied and running. We are currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our growing team.

The Keep Supply Accounts Receivable Specialist helps process, track, and record payments in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner. This role has a strong impact on day-to-day and ongoing financial transactions, keeping us on track, on time, and on good terms with our valued partners.

Keep Supply’s AR Specialist is organized, efficient and assertive:

• Organized - working with a wide range of customers and vendors, it is critical for Keep Supply’s AR Specialists to be organized so that we can maintain accurate financial forecasts and records.
• Efficient - It is important that we approach our responsibilities with urgency to ensure that the team has accurate and up-to-date information in order to drive decisioning.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Complete daily invoicing targets for orders that have shipped
• Gather and verify invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment
• Maintain accounts receivable records to ensure aging is up to date, credits and collections are applied, uncollectible amounts are accounted for, and miscellaneous differences are cleared
• Perform daily cash management duties, including the recording of bank deposits, updating and distribution of cash receipt logs, and posting of cash to the accounts receivable sub-ledger
• Monitor and collect accounts receivable by contacting clients via telephone, email, and mail
• Prepare analytical and ratio analyses relevant to A/R so management can gain a better understanding of how collection efforts are progressing
• Support other accounting and finance team members, inventory management, and cost accounting.
• Perform administrative and other tasks as needed.

Ensuring smooth internal operation

• Manage and maintain all communication needed between intercompany departments; operations, shipping/receiving, and sales.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Controller
• Take ownership and responsibility for your own workload and the workload of the team

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have…

• High school diploma
• At least 2 years’ experience in an AR role combined with a proven track record of successful cash collection.
• Understanding of GAAP accounting principles
• Familiarity with Brightpearl/Sage, Microsoft Excel, and Google Drive
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in entering financial data
• Outstanding math and research skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Proficiency with 10-key typing and data entry
• Deadline-driven with excellent time management ability
• Bilingual skills a plus

$40,000 - $47,000 plus bonus opportunity
