Isolatek International, is looking for a full-time 2nd shift, General Service Laborer at our Stanhope, NJ location.

The General Service Laborer is an entry level manufacturing position that packs, loads, unloads, and moves material within or near the manufacturing facility.

• 2nd Shift hours are 11a-8pm or 12p-9pm

Responsibilities:

• Read work orders and follow oral instruction to load and/or store raw materials and finished goods

• Load and unload materials onto or from pallets—approx. 55 lb. bags

• Load and unload materials into or from vehicles

• Train for and maintain certification as a forklift operator

• Perform pre/post operating inspection of forklift truck

• Count and record the number of bags produced

• Submit all loading sheets and production reports to the supervisor upon completion of shift

• Clean work area, machines, and equipment

• Participate on 5s teams

• Fill in on production line when required

Experience:

• 1-3 years related experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to operate a Forklift
• General Manufacturing principals
• 5s knowledge preferred

Education:

• High School Diploma/GED

The base salary of $26.06 - $27.41 per hour range for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, actual compensation may vary and will be determined by several factors, including but not limited to, the applicant’s skills, qualifications, experience, and other job-related factors. Isolatek reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. An employee may also be eligible for annual discretionary incentive compensation based on company and personal performance.
