You will be guaranteed 40 hours of pay per week!!

Overview

Members of this team will be guaranteed a minimum of 40 hours of pay each week whether you have an assignment or not . There will be no limit to the number of hours worked and all hours over 40 in a week will be paid at overtime rates.

These caregivers must be capable of walking into any client situation and delivering a high-quality experience for the client or clients. These caregivers are assigned as needed by the scheduling team within the allocated work hours. Their schedules will likely include a combination of regular clients and fill in shifts.

Position Requirements:

- Must have a vehicle & be willing to drive clients locally as requested

- Must be available to work Monday thru Friday from 7AM to 7PM and every other weekend from 8AM to 8PM

- Must be willing to accept all cases as assigned within the designated hours

- Have experience working with a range of clients that have differing needs (dementia, transfers, supervision, etc.)

- Must be fully vaccinated for COVID

- Must receive an annual flu shot

- Must be able to assist with basic transfers

- MUST be able to pass a criminal background check

- Must be reliable, compassionate, flexible and a team player

-1+ year of prior experience as a Caregiver, preferred but not required

Medical Requirements:

- MUST have current New Jersey HHA Certification

- Two (2) forms of ID: Driver's License, Social Security card, etc.

- Step 1 PPD, Chest X-ray or QuantiFERON
