PILATES MASTER TRAINER

Club Pilates offers a wide range of highly structured group and private classes. These include nine signature class formats that span introductory levels through advanced training— targeting strength, flexibility, balance, cardio, and mind-body connection .
Classes are intentionally designed to be inclusive and scalable , so that anyone from Pilates beginners and adolescents to advanced practitioners and seniors can participate and progress safely.
In addition to its studio classes, Club Pilates was one of the first studios to create a comprehensive Teacher Training Program. This program thoroughly trains instructors on Reformer, Mat, Cadillac, Chair, Springboard, Barre, and supplemental fitness tools, providing advanced pedagogy and ensuring teaching quality and safety.

The PilatesMaster Trainer is the highest instructional authority within the studio, serving as educator, evaluator, mentor, and brand steward for Club Pilates education. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Teacher Training modules and assessments
- Evaluate instructor auditions and certifications
- Coach instructors through development plans
- Ensure education compliance with corporate standards
- Lead advanced workshops, group classes, private training and continuing education
- Partner with GM and corporate on education initiatives
- Represent Club Pilates as a senior educator
- Club Pilates Master Trainer certification (or in training)
- Extensive teaching and mentorship experience
- CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Deep anatomical expertise and teaching mastery
- Strong evaluative and communication skills
