I opened my agency in 2019, and since then, weve built a close-knit team of five dedicated professionals who truly enjoy working and growing together. Before becoming an agent, I spent 15 years in corporate finance as a CPA in New York, which gave me a strong foundation in helping people make smart financial decisions. Im a proud Syracuse graduate, a mom to two boys (11 and 13), and when Im not in the office, you can usually find me on the golf course or spending time with my dog, Charlie. Were actively involved in our community, from serving on the board of the Jersey Shore Chambers to participating in networking events, happy hours, and womens chamber initiatives. Our office is built on collaboration we support one another, celebrate wins as a team, and focus on achieving success together. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. - Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
