Administrative Assistant
Job Title : Administrative Assistant
Location : Montague, NJ
Job Details:
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
- Manage inbound emails and perform data entry/reconciliation.
- Proofread, edit, and format documents.
- Record meeting notes, track action items, and follow up on projects.
- Conduct research on software, business solutions, and travel options.
- Maintain office supplies for two locations.
- Book travel arrangements and handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Coordinate office equipment repairs and assist with general administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of proven administrative experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional time management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, Zendesk, NetSuite.
- Experience with travel booking and dictation.
- Ability to adapt to different personalities and work styles.
- Detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of troubleshooting standard office equipment.
Additional Requirements:
- Knowledge of applications used in the role (ongoing learning).
- Strong customer service focus, aligning with company philosophy.
- On-site presence required: Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5:30 PM.
Hours: 9am-5:30pm Monday-Friday (potentially weekends as needed) temp-to-perm
Pay: $19-$20
