Technical Program Manager

Akkodis is seeking a Technical Program Manager for a Contract with a client in Raritan, NJ. The ideal candidate with strong GxP and SOX knowledge, bringing structure and clarity to program execution.

Rate Range: $41/hour to $53/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Technical Program Manager job responsibilities include:

• Lead end‑to‑end program execution using Kanban/Scrumban methodologies, ensuring timely and high‑quality delivery.

• Manage multi‑vendor and cross‑functional teams to drive alignment, resolve dependencies, and achieve program objectives.

• Ensure strict compliance with GxP and SOX standards across all technical and operational activities.

• Develop and maintain program roadmaps, status reports, and stakeholder communications with clarity and precision.

• Identify risks, issues, and process gaps while implementing mitigation strategies and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Collaborate with engineering, QA, and business teams to ensure technical solutions meet regulatory, functional, and performance requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

• 8–10 years of experience in technical program management within regulated or enterprise environments.

• Strong understanding of GxP and SOX compliance with proven experience delivering programs under regulatory frameworks.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multi‑vendor teams and drive execution using Kanban/Scrumban methodologies.

Pay Details: $41.00 to $53.00 per hour
