Head of Digital Channel - Hotel Chocolat US
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- 5+ years’ experience leading digital channel expansion with strong focus on direct to consumer and pureplay
- Digital P&L management, S&OP and 5-year planning
- Strong understanding of Pureplay and last mile delivery customers
- Revenue, conversion and trading performance in an online setting, Including customer journeys and optimization
- Leading and building diverse teams
- Key understanding of Annual Execution plan and 5-year IVCP Inputs
- Well-developed organization skills to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Multi-channel or specialty channel experience
- SRM/Pricing, Customer Marketing and sales infrastructure/operations experience a plus
- To partner with US GM as part of the US Leadership Team to develop short- and long-term strategic direction for D2C, Omni channel and Pureplay partners within the digital channel.
- Own digital channel strategy and planning, deployment and performance
- Own Full Digital P&L including demand and revenue, cost and overheads.
- Lead development of the digital channel demand signal and short/long term promotional plans for S&OP and S&OE.
- Work alongside finance and marketing to build the 5-year Value Creation plan (IVCP) over the mid- and long-term horizon, mapping out key scenarios for profitable growth within the digital channel
- Drive performance across key digital metrics Including lifetime value, customer conversion and customer acquisition.
