Job Overview
As the Director of Hospitality , you will serve as the heart of our facility, ensuring every interaction with residents, families, and visitors is memorable. Your role as the front-facing representative of our community is essential in creating a welcoming environment where everyone feels supported, valued, and at home. You’ll serve as the first point of contact for our community, guiding potential residents through the facility and establishing meaningful relationships with healthcare professionals.

Your focus will be on personalizing each resident's stay, understanding their unique needs, and collaborating with families to enhance their experience. By fostering open communication and addressing any concerns promptly and empathetically, you’ll help create an atmosphere of trust and satisfaction for everyone involved.

In addition, you will play a key role in showcasing our exceptional care and vibrant community spirit. This includes gathering and highlighting testimonials and Google reviews, as well as sharing engaging posts on social media that reflect the positive experiences of our patients and their families.
