Scheduling Coordinator (Home Care)
Monroe, NJ | Full-Time | Immediate Hire
Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 (Based on Experience)

- Coordinate schedules for HHAs, LPNs, and RNs in a busy home care setting
- Ensure all client cases are fully staffed at all times
- Manage call-outs, shift changes, and urgent coverage needs
- Match caregivers to clients based on skills, availability, and preferences
- Communicate daily with caregivers, clients, and internal teams
- Resolve scheduling conflicts in real time with professionalism and urgency
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date schedules in workforce systems
- 1–2+ years of scheduling or staffing experience (home care or healthcare strongly preferred)
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with scheduling or workforce management systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
- High School Diploma required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
