As a Dove Associate Brand Manager, you will be working alongside the Senior Brand Manager to lead the Baby and Hand Wash categories in the portfolio, analyzing performance while delivering communication and go-to-market plans to unlock new sources of growth for the brand. This is a challenging role perfect for someone looking to become a brand manager in the near future.Job SummaryWHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE- Support the team on developing the future-fit strategy for the Baby Dove and Dove Hand Wash portfolio.- Develop a deep understanding of the hand cleansing and baby categories and consumer as well as emerging trends in the U.S uncovering consumer insights that will unlock penetration for the brand and allow us to win competitively within the premium segment- Manage budgets inclusive of raising POs, monthly forecasting and additional funding requests (as needed)- Manage partnerships to help push forward the mission of Baby Dove- Lead communication development process for campaigns end-to-end, collaborating closely with our agency partners and integrated marketing teams- Support development of material for customer and stakeholder sell-in (including product samples, PowerPoint slides).Experiences & QualificationsWHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred- At least 4 years relevant work experience in marketing. Previous brand management experience preferred.- Independent and proactive, with strong leadership and interpersonal skills- Strong bias for action while maintaining a positive approach on getting things done- Deep passion for understanding the category, consumers, shoppers and PC/Beauty emerging trends.- Data-driven problem solver with strong business acumen; ability to connect the dots on different information sources to come up with powerful insights- Eyes for beauty and strong craftmanship skills with attention to detail, obsessed about each touch point consumers have for our brand- The ability to prioritize, make recommendations, and steer decision makingLeadership- You are energized by delivering fantastic results. You are an example to others - both your results and your resilience. You are a team player, constantly on the lookout for better ways to do things, engaging and collaborating with others along the way.- As an individual you are the one responsible for your own wellbeing and delivering high standards of work. You must also focus on the Consumer and what they need. You are humble and have your head up, looking around to interpret evidence and data intelligently and spot issues and opportunities to make things better. Pay: The pay range for this position is $86,080 to $129,120. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.  Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.  Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.  Benefits: Unilever employees are eligible to participate in our benefits plan.
