Position Overview
Regional CDL-A position. We guarantee steady and consistent miles, weekly home time, and late model equipment to start off your driving career. Great opportunity for new graduates or drivers looking for consistent pay and predictable routing. We give opportunities but we also value experience!
Driver Benefits
- Home Time: Weekly or every other week, it depends on the rout

Training for New CDL Holders
- Paid and supervised training programme for drivers with NO EXPIRIANCE
- Our mentors will give you behind-the-wheel instruction as well as full classroom coverage on everything you need to know about this field of work until you are ready to progress to solo assignments (training is typically 3-5 weeks with full on support)
- Recent CDL school graduates must have 120h of instruction to be eligible
Pay
- Weekly Earnings: $1,350–$1,750+
- Mileage pay + performance bonuses
- Extra pay for stops, detention, and layovers
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A
- CDL school graduates (120+ hours) accepted
- Must meet basic DOT safety standards
- Satisfactory MVR
- Commitment to safety and professionalism
Responsibilities
- Complete accurate pre and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate ELD records
- Communicate with dispatch, mentors and team members professionally when needed
