This role offers the opportunity to work in a highly secure, large-scale endpoint environment focused on modern device management, user experience, and security compliance across multiple operating systems.

Position Overview

The Desktop Engineer will support and manage enterprise endpoint devices with a focus on ChromeOS, Google Workspace, and modern device management platforms.

This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer with experience supporting diverse endpoint environments, including ChromeOS, Windows, macOS, and mobile devices, within a large enterprise setting. The engineer will play a key role in device lifecycle management, policy enforcement, and end-user support.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support ChromeOS devices using Google Admin Console
• Manage device configurations, policies, and security settings within Google Workspace
• Support and troubleshoot endpoints across ChromeOS, Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms
• Administer and maintain MDM/UEM platforms (Omnissa Workspace ONE, Intune, JAMF, or similar)
• Enforce device compliance, security policies, and access controls
• Support BYOD initiatives and ensure proper device enrollment and governance
• Troubleshoot hardware, OS, and application-related issues across enterprise endpoints
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and EUC teams to maintain endpoint health and compliance
• Assist with device provisioning, lifecycle management, and platform improvements

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of desktop support or endpoint engineering experience in large enterprise environments (1,000+ endpoints)
• Hands-on experience with Google Admin Console, ChromeOS management, and Google Workspace
• Experience administering MDM/UEM platforms (Omnissa Workspace ONE, Intune, JAMF, or similar)
• Strong troubleshooting skills across multiple operating systems (ChromeOS, Windows, macOS, mobile)
• Familiarity with device compliance, endpoint security policies, and BYOD management
• Experience working in fast-paced, enterprise-scale environments
