White Glove Community Care is looking for qualified CHHA, Home Health Aides to provide HOME HEALTH AIDES SERVICES.
CHHA Home Health Aide Job Requirements:
Home Health Aide License (New Jersey) Eligible to work in the United States You MUST be certified in order to apply.
Job Description for the HHA, Home Health Aide:
All services shall be provided and performed consisted with the scope of Home Health Aides in the State of New Jersey.
Adheres to the established client care plan. Assists with assigned personal care tasks as well as with ambulation and exercised. CHHA, prepares patient special diet if necessary as well as measures intake and output as necessary. The CHHA will demonstrate sound judgement in relationship to the care of the patient. Completes daily activity record and accurately documents the care provided. Capable of providing an aide within 48 hours of receiving a request.
