Service Greeter
Join our team as a Service Greeter/Writer and start your career in the automotive industry with no prior experience required! This entry-level position is a fantastic opportunity to learn and grow within our company, with a clear path to becoming a Toyota Assistant Service Manager. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly as they arrive for service appointments.
- Accurately document customer service needs and vehicle issues.
- Accurately record waiting status and promise times
- Assign customers to corresponding Advisors
- Communicate effectively with service advisors to ensure customer needs are met.
- Learn and develop skills necessary for advancement to an Assistant Service Manager role.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer service experience is a plus but not required.
