Assembly Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Robot & Assembly Supervisor to lead daily production operations in a manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for supervising production employees, ensuring quality standards, meeting production goals, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Location: Allendale, NJ

Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday-Friday

Salary: $80,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of production employees, leads, and technicians.
• Coordinate daily production schedules and workflow.
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are met.
• Monitor production performance and resolve operational issues.
• Partner with Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance teams to support production goals.
• Train, coach, and develop employees.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and team development efforts.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Track and report production metrics and KPIs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing supervisory experience.
• Experience leading teams of 25+ employees.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in assembly, production, or manufacturing environments.
• Lean Manufacturing experience preferred.
• ERP/MRP experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Education

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Technical training or college degree preferred.
