Days 10 (7:00 AM - 5:30 PM) - 4/10 hour shifts a week, with one weekend on call per month.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Orthopedic Spine Surgical Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in scrubbing and circulating for orthopedic spine, robotics, and trauma patients. This position requires proficiency in various surgical settings and the ability to perform under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Scrub and circulate during orthopedic surgeries
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure a high standard of patient care
• Adhere to strict safety and sterile protocols
• Assist in the preparation and draping of the surgical field
• Monitor patient condition and assist throughout the surgical process

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 3 years of experience in orthopedic spine, robotics, and trauma patient care
• Current licensure in the State of New Jersey
• American Heart Association BLS certification required
• American Heart Association ACLS certification required
• National certification in a related specialty preferred
