- Provide personalized, non-medical care that aligns with clients' Service Plan/Care Plan
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, feeding, and mobility
- Provide companion care activities such as conversation, light housekeeping, meal planning, preparation, and more
- Provide medication reminders
- Monitor, Record and Report changes in the clients physical condition, behavior, or appearance to the supervisor
- Utilize our Time Management system for Clock-in/Clock-out and Document completed tasks in accordance with company policies
- Stay updated with our relevant changing technology
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations
- Participate in quality assurance reviews and evaluations.
- Uphold, support, and promote all company policies and procedures
- High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED), or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Previous caregiving experience (preferred)
- Possession of state-required certifications
- Valid Drivers License with adequate auto insurance, if applicable
- A passion for caregiving and a desire to help others
- A commitment to being present and providing quality care
- Empathy, patience, kindness and respect
- Ability to carry out direction, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively manage the demands of the job
