Compensation and Growth
Celtic Air offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $33.50 to $45.50 per hour , depending on experience, along with monthly spiffs and bonus opportunities that reward strong performance. About the Role
In this position, you will diagnose, repair, and service residential plumbing systems while delivering a high level of workmanship and professionalism. You will work directly with homeowners to identify issues, explain solutions, and complete repairs and installations that meet code and company standards. Success in this role comes from strong troubleshooting skills, clear communication, and taking ownership of your work from start to finish.

What You'll Do
Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems, perform installations, maintenance, and system upgrades, identify issues and provide reliable and code-compliant solutions, communicate clearly with homeowners about service needs and recommendations, coordinate with suppliers and vendors for materials and equipment, support and mentor apprentices or helpers as needed, and maintain high standards of workmanship and professionalism on every job.
