Certification Coordination AnalystWhat does a successful Certification Coordination Analyst do at Fiserv?
This position is cross functional and provides technical (processing and topology) and client facing exposure. You will work with internal and external clients to provide guidance in preparation for the certification cycle. In this role you will have exposure to and work with other technical and client facing partners. The role provides an opportunity to grow in a position that contributes to overall technical and client facing support.
What you will do:
- Manage projects with risk, complexity and visibility that relate to critical business goals.
- Manage unforeseen in-flight project changes.
- Ensure project timelines and/or constraints are clearly defined and communicated.
- Accurately track, via proprietary tool, project progress through the coordination effort
- Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to internal and external clients.
- Lead specification reviews and address issues
- Assist with defining connectivity options and details.
- Schedule certification phase
- Prepare client folder and assign project to analyst leveraging existing resource management practices.
- Support internal/external project status meetings.
What you will need to have:
- High School diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 1 year's EFT experience in the EFT data processing area.
What would be great to have:
- Knowledge of payment processing, financial transaction processing, switching and authorization environments
- Knowledge/experience with communication protocols/equipment
- Working knowledge of transaction simulation tools
- Strong communications skills (written and verbal), with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical individuals.
- In compliance with local law, a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role is $75,000 - $80,000 annually. Compensation is dependent upon a variety of factors including location and relevant experience, qualifications, and certifications.
- There is an expected 0% of travel each year.
- In order to be considered, you must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without need for visa sponsorship, now or in the future, as it will not be provided for this role.
- This is a full-time, direct-hire role, meaning no C2C, C2H, or remote options are available.
