Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives aligned with Netflix's overall vision.
• Conduct extensive market research to analyze trends, consumer behavior, and competitor strategies.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on strategic objectives.
• Create integrated marketing communication plans to effectively maximize outreach.
• Evaluate and measure marketing performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the development of new products and services.
• Lead business planning efforts, including forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management to facilitate informed decision-making.

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic consulting or related fields.
• Advanced understanding of marketing performance measurement and management metrics.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and integrated marketing communications.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

Desired Experience

• 10 to 13 years of relevant experience.
• Proven track record in executing successful advertising campaigns and marketing strategies.
• Deep knowledge of market trends and consumer behavior.
