- Tax Compliance: Prepare and review individual, partnership, S-corporation, and corporate tax returns.

- Professional Development: Stay current on changing tax laws, accounting standards, and emerging technologies.
- Education: BA in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 3 to 7 years of public accounting experience is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Strong tax preparation, accounting, and financial statement compilation skills.
- Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with modern tax and accounting software platforms.
- Credentials: CPA license or active CPA candidate status preferred.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Core Aptitude: Strong analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, and a desire to grow into leadership roles.
