Onsite Hiring & Onboarding Specialist

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19-20HR

Location: Logan, NJ

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:30 PM / 7:30 AM–4:30 PM / 8:30 AM–5:30 PM/ 9-6pm
  (Shift determined during interview stage)

• Flexibility required based on business needs (you’ll be notified in advance if schedule shifts occur)

About the Role

We are seeking a Bilingual Hiring & Onboarding Specialist to join our team. This is an immediate opportunity for someone with strong customer service and communication skills. Ideal candidates will have experience in staffing, warehousing, or human resources—or a desire to grow and learn within the staffing industry.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in onboarding new hires, managing job postings, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct New Hire Orientations: Lead orientations and help new hires understand company expectations and procedures.

• Manage Job Postings & Communication: Post openings across platforms, respond to candidates, and schedule interviews/orientations.

• Process Paperwork: Complete and input onboarding documents (I-9s, ID badges, system entries, etc.) accurately.

• Support Applicant Flow: Guide candidates through onboarding and assist onsite as needed.

• Coordinate with Other Branches: Partner with teams across the U.S. to align hiring and onboarding processes.

• Ensure Compliance: Maintain proper documentation and follow company/regulatory standards.

• Represent the Brand: Serve as the first point of contact for candidates with professionalism and a welcoming attitude.

• Maintain Data Accuracy: Enter candidate info with confidentiality and attention to detail.

• Be Adaptable: Adjust to changing hiring needs and schedules as required.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong Communication: Able to clearly and confidently interact with candidates, team members, and leadership.

• Customer Service Mindset: Background in customer service, call centers, staffing, or HR is a plus.

• Detail-Oriented & Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Excel, databases, and ATS platforms. Accuracy is essential.

• Dependable: Reliable attendance and punctuality are key to success in this role.

• Professionalism: As a representative of the company, you should be well-presented and approachable.

• Willing to Learn: Open to training and professional growth within the staffing/HR field.

• Experience Preferred: Entry-level candidates are welcome, but staffing or HR experience is highly valued.
