This position supports the installation of complex, custom-engineered industrial systems at active job sites. It requires hands-on construction oversight, strong field coordination skills, and disciplined control of technical and contractual documentation. Responsibilities
• Oversee and support the installation and construction of large industrial equipment and engineered systems at active job sites
• Manage, review, and control project documentation to ensure compliance with contract requirements, codes, specifications, and quality standards
• Serve as a key on-site representative, coordinating with owners, EPCs, subcontractors, inspectors, and internal engineering and manufacturing teams
• Perform site visits, inspections, and field reviews to verify installation progress, constructability, and adherence to drawings and specifications
• Track schedules, milestones, RFIs, submittals, and deliverables to support on-time and compliant project execution
• Support project reporting, turnover packages, and closeout documentation
• Assist sales and leadership teams with technical presentations, installation narratives, and client-facing materials as needed

• Five or more years of professional experience supporting industrial construction and equipment installation (power generation, water/wastewater, data centers, LNG, oil & gas, or similar heavy industrial environments)
• Working knowledge of applicable industrial and construction codes and standards, including ASME, B31.1, AWS, AISC, and OSHA
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated attention to detail and documentation discipline
• Experience reviewing construction drawings, specifications, installation procedures, and technical documentation
