This Role is Tailor-Made for You Because:
The Project Manager, Store Design plays a key role in delivering elevated, brand aligned retail environments across Full Price, Off Price, and Travel Retail formats in international markets. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who enjoys partnering cross functionally, balancing creative design intent with budget, schedule, and constructability, and proactively solving challenges. The successful candidate thrives in a fast paced, highly collaborative environment and brings a disciplined, solutions oriented mindset to every project.

A Day in the Life:

In this role, you will manage the full lifecycle of store design projects—from early concept through store opening—working in close partnership with the VP, Store Design and cross‑functional teams. You will develop and review conceptual designs, translate business and operational requirements into effective spatial solutions, and ensure global design standards are consistently executed across regions. Throughout each project, you'll oversee budgets, schedules, technical documentation, landlord approvals, and on‑site execution, while anticipating risks, resolving issues, and aligning stakeholders to keep projects moving forward efficiently and with design excellence.

To Land This Role:
  • Bachelor's degree required; Architecture or Interior Design degree preferred
  • 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager supporting retail design projects
  • Experience in both traditional design firms and field construction environments strongly preferred
  • Portfolio demonstrating conceptual design development and completed, built projects
  • Ability to develop concept sketches and work efficiently within tight timelines
  • Experience supporting international retail markets preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow‑up skills
  • Comfortable working with global teams across multiple time zones
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects across varying phases
  • Ability to maintain project budgets and schedules, along with material procurement

Why You'll Want to Join Our Team:
Our Store Design & Construction team is a strategic group of creatives and project managers focused on providing a one-of-a-kind experience for customers from the moment they step inside our boutiques. We do this by building a welcoming store environment, bringing Tory's vision to life with unique displays and fixtures at every new location and with every renovation. Our work balances the dream with practicality — we care about the aesthetics and the electrical! — and we love taking a blueprint from concept to concrete reality.
