Financial Navigator
Job Title: Oncology Financial Navigator

Job Description:
The Oncology Financial Navigator provides critical financial counseling and support to patients receiving oncology care. This role assists patients with understanding and accessing available financial resources, including pharmaceutical and charitable programs, while ensuring a smooth coordination of care between patients and the clinical team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide patients through applications for pharmaceutical and charitable financial assistance programs.
- Counsel patients on insurance coverage, medical billing, and financial aid options.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in healthcare or patient financial services required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using Epic or similar EMR systems preferred.
Additional Details:
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Type: Contract-to-Hire (CTH)
