We are seeking a proactive and solution-oriented Customer Supply Chain Coordinator to join a global leader in food and pet care. In this role, you will ensure our famous products move seamlessly from the factory to the millions of customers who love them. salary: $24 - $25 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• You will manage the entire order-to-delivery process, from initial order creation and load planning to final, on-time delivery.
• Act as the lead point of contact, proactively informing sales teams and customers of any issues. You won't just report problems—you'll take the lead to resolve them and improve processes.
• Manage and maintain key master data with high accuracy within all order management systems, including SAP.
• Serve as a supply chain problem-solver, recognizing and resolving potential order conflicts before they can impact our "on-time, in-full" delivery performance.

What You'll Bring

Essential Qualifications (Must-Haves):

• 6 months of experience in a supply chain role (professional internships are acceptable).
• Basic working knowledge of supply chain systems such as EDI, ERP, and SAP .

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Management, or a related field.
