Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial reporting ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and company policies.
• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes specifically for manufacturing operations.
• Manage cost accounting activities including product costing inventory valuation and variance analysis.
• Develop implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure data integrity.
• Analyze financial performance identify trends and provide strategic recommendations to optimize manufacturing efficiency and profitability.
• Manage working capital monitor cash flow and oversee treasury functions for manufacturing facilities.
• Coordinate and manage external audits serving as the primary liaison for financial information.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CMA highly preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive accounting/finance experience with at least 3 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in cost accounting inventory valuation and standard costing within manufacturing operations.
• Strong proficiency with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage financial reporting budgeting forecasting and lead a finance team.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with advanced manufacturing ERP modules (e.g. production costing inventory valuation supply chain finance).
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles and their financial impact.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau) for enhanced financial reporting and analysis.
• Demonstrated experience supporting M&A activities or strategic capital expenditure planning.
