The Opportunity 

We're looking for an Account Manager, Healthcare —a relationship-driven growth leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. 

You'll own and expand key accounts within our healthcare portfolio, cultivating long-term partnerships that drive impact for both CQ and our customers. The ideal candidate combines deep knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem (especially payors and managed care) with the ability to identify new opportunities, develop account strategies, and deliver measurable results.

Your Impact

  • Drive growth within assigned healthcare accounts by identifying, developing, and closing new opportunities.
  • Build strategic account plans (Miller Heiman LAMP or similar) to align CQ's solutions with customer goals and performance metrics.
  • Deeply understand client organizations—their priorities, people, pain points, and decision-making structures—to act as a trusted advisor.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Production, Technology, and Marketing to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Lead client engagements—from presentations and proposals to quarterly business reviews and renewals.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline visibility through HubSpot CRM and ensure disciplined account tracking and reporting.

Qualifications for Success

  • 7+ years of experience working in or selling to healthcare organizations, ideally within payor or managed care sectors; Medicaid familiarity is a plus.
  • Proven ability to grow and retain complex, multi-stakeholder accounts through consultative selling and relationship management.
  • Proficiency in strategic account planning methodologies (Miller Heiman LAMP or similar).
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and active listening skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and act tactically, adapting quickly to evolving client needs.
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MPH, etc.) preferred.
