Contribute to Meaningful Projects:
As an integral part of our People Team, you'll be immersed in exciting projects and initiatives that directly impact our employees' experience. You'll:
- Champion Employee Engagement: Help us brainstorm and implement creative initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure Compliance: Dive into the world of employment law, conducting research and debarment checks to keep us ahead of the curve.
- Shape the Future of HR: Research cutting-edge HRIS systems and employee engagement strategies, and present your recommendations to the team.
- Streamline HR Processes: Manage applicant tracking, post job openings, analyze personality assessments, and track employee feedback to optimize our HR workflows.
- Onboard New Talent: Assist with new hire orientations and team-building activities, ensuring a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience.
- Maintain Employee Data: Update internal systems with new hire information, promotions, and other key employee data, contributing to accurate record-keeping.
