As Food and Beverage Supervisor, responsibilities include: helping train and schedule part time staff, helping cultivate a diverse profitable menu, organizing and cleaning concessions area.
**Job Description**
**Core Responsibilities**
+ Assist Director of Business Operations with day to day operating of concessions for Flyers Training Center.
+ Continually look for ways to increase sales and improve efficiency
+ Train part time staff as needed
+ Assist Director of Business Operations with ensuring standards for quality, customer service and health and safety to handling complaints and queries
+ Assist Director of Business Operations with cultivating menu, ordering and purchasing inventory/supplies
+ Assist with daily duties for the Office Manager and General Manager.
+ Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
+ Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
**Qualifications:**
+ 1-3 years experience in the food service field
+ Excellent communication and 'people' skills
+ A strong commitment to customer service
+ The ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations
+ Confidence, drive and enthusiasm
+ Decision-making ability and a sense of responsibility
+ An understanding of current food service regulations
