Our client is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Appointment Scheduler to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, managing schedules, and providing administrative support in a fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities
- Schedule residential fence estimate appointments
- Coordinate estimator availability with customer schedules
- Communicate with prospective customers and answer questions
- Maintain appointment calendars and accurate customer records
- Generate scheduling and activity reports
- Assist with digital marketing initiatives
- Provide general clerical and office support
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems, and SMS platforms
- Digital marketing experience is a plus
