Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Manager to oversee the daily operations of our manufacturing facility in Trenton, NJ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that production runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely while meeting quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of manufacturing processes, including assembly line operations and warehouse management.

Duties

• Manage and coordinate production schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Supervise and train production staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Monitor production processes, identifying areas for improvement in efficiency and quality.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Oversee the maintenance of machinery and equipment, including forklifts, hand tools, and power tools.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and resolve any production issues.
• Conduct regular inspections of the assembly line to ensure proper functioning and adherence to standards.

• Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in a manufacturing facility.
