Pay: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour

Job Type: Full-Time | In-Person

About the Role

As the Patient Care / Treatment Coordinator , you are the first and last face our patients see. Your role is critical in creating a warm, professional experience from check-in to scheduling follow-ups — all while helping patients understand and navigate their treatment plans and finances.

What You’ll Do

• Build strong relationships with patients and ensure a welcoming experience
• Review and explain treatment plans clearly and professionally
• Coordinate appointments and help streamline scheduling for efficiency
• Discuss finances and insurance coverage with patients, including payment options
• Support daily operations : phones, records, scanning, and general admin duties
• Work collaboratively with dentists, hygienists, and other team members

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of customer service experience (dental or medical setting preferred)
• 1+ years of experience in a dental or medical office (preferred)
• Positive, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
• Able to manage multiple tasks and stay organized under pressure
• Comfortable discussing finances and treatment options with patients
• Professional, polished, and punctual
