Contract Clinical Recruiter - Bilingual Mandarin
SystImmune is a leading and well-funded clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company located in Redmond, WA and Princeton, NJ. It specializes in developing innovative cancer treatments using its established drug development platforms, focusing on bi-specific, multi-specific antibodies, and antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs). SystImmune has a robust preclinical pipeline of potential cancer therapeutics in the discover and IND-enabling stages, representing cutting-edge biologics development. We are seeking a hands-on Contract Clinical Recruiter with demonstrated experience recruiting clinical research and biopharma talent. This role requires bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin and the ability to manage full-cycle recruitment for critical clinical and research operations functions. The recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers to support aggressive hiring timelines and deliver high-quality talent. This is a 6-month contract position. Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end recruitment for clinical research, clinical operations, regulatory, pharmacovigilance, and related biopharma functions
- Collaborate with hiring managers to establish role criteria, develop job descriptions, and implement hiring plans
- Utilize multi-channel sourcing strategies (including LinkedIn and other job boards)
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and anticipated needs
- Screen candidates and coordinate interview processes
- Oversee pre-employment verification processes
- Prepare the employment offers for senior management approval
- Ensure compliance with all employment regulations and company policies
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or related majors
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in a competitive, fast-paced environment in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry
- Fluency in English and Mandarin
- Experience in proactive recruiting and sourcing
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and Boolean search techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in supporting clinical teams is required
