Financial Analyst
Our client is a wealth management firm seeking a Financial Analyst to support their corporate finance and investment teams. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills who enjoys working with data to drive business decisions.
You'll build financial models, analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights that support strategic planning and forecasting.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain financial models for forecasting and planning
- Analyze financial data and identify trends and variances
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Support budgeting and long-range planning processes
- Conduct ad hoc analysis to support business decisions
- Create presentations and dashboards for senior leadership
- Monitor key performance indicators and flag issues
- Collaborate with accounting and operations teams on data accuracy
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or FP&A
- Advanced Excel skills including modeling, pivot tables, and macros
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with financial reporting and variance analysis
- Proficiency in financial software such as NetSuite or Adaptive
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics required
