Our unique company helps thousands of families recover from the devastating effects of catastrophes such as fire, water, and mold damage. We aid homeowners during these traumatic experiences by picking up, deodorizing, cleaning, and returning their soft goods and electronics. The Position : We’re looking for a shipping and receiving coordinator who is self-motivated and enjoys helping people.

Skills

Responsibilities:

Collaborate and communicate with the field team, customer service representatives, production personnel, scheduling, and other departments involved in preparing and delivering customer soft goods and electronics.

Organize and manage inventory, storage, and transportation of products and supplies

Prepare deliveries ahead of time to be loaded onto a company vehicle

Prepare supplies ahead of time to be loaded onto a company vehicle

Address and resolve delivery and inventory issues.

Provide additional backup support for shipping and receiving departments.

Assist the scheduling department with fleet management including:

• Morning Personnel, vehicle, and route changes
• Loading the vehicle
• Leave time
• Leftover authorization
• Vehicle Cleanliness
• Vehicle preparedness – Clean, Organized, Labelled, Tools, Supplies, Safety

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Verify the accuracy of items received against purchase orders or invoices

Schedule

Monday through Friday (time to be determined) - 8.5 hours with a 1/2 hour lunch

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
