What You’ll Do As a Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer:

• Convert qualified mortgage clients by assisting with loan applications, reviewing loan alternatives, providing loan status updates, and ensuring a positive customer experience

• Educate borrowers on loan options, rates, and terms

• Originate loans in your licensed states with diverse product options

• Collect and verify borrower documentation

• Partner with processing and underwriting teams to close loans quickly

• Communicate clearly with clients throughout the loan process

• Stay current with mortgage guidelines and market trends

What You’ll Bring To The Table:

• Active NMLS and state MLO license(s) are required for the Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer role
  

• At least 1 year of recent mortgage origination or loan officer experience

• Strong organization and self-motivation

• Confident working in a remote environment, reliable internet, and computer
  

• Excellent communication, follow-up, and digital skills

• Proficiency in using mortgage industry software and online application platforms
  

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred

• Experience in a Direct Lender or similar setting is a plus
